摘要
嗅辨员筛选和培训是车内气味试验关键因素之一,本文从嗅辨员要求、气味标准物质、嗅辨员筛选与培训步骤等方面对国内外各个气味试验标准进行比较,发现法国和德国汽车企业在车内气味嗅辨员筛选和培训做得更好,其次是日本和韩国,美国则排在最后。我国大部分汽车企业未对嗅辨员筛选和培训进行规定,部分则参照国外的做法,主要由于国内的气味测试起步较晚,且暂无车内气味相关的国家测试标准。
Panelist selection and training is a key of odor tests in vehicle,in this paper,standards at home and abroad are compared in many aspects,such as panelist requirements,odor standard materials,panelist selection and training procedures,etc.It is found that car companies in French and German are doing much better about panelist selection and training,followed by Japan and South Korea,with the United States coming in the last.In China,panelist selection and training are not specified in most of automobile companies,while some of them are refer to foreign specifications,it is mainly due to the odor test started late,and so far,national test standards about odor test in cabin are not founded.
