摘要
不同人格类型学生在学习方法、学习习惯、思维方式和行为模式等方面存在明显差异。迈尔斯-布里格斯性格类型指标(MBTI)测试作为权威的人格测试方法,通过分析医学生MBTI四个维度人格类型特征,可帮助临床教师在医学生临床实践、人际沟通、团队合作等能力培养中实行分类引导,实现因材施教,进而提升临床学习效果和帮助做好职业选择。临床教师也可通过MBTI分析了解自己的人格类型,从而发挥自己的优势,扬长避短,实现教与学的有效匹配,达到更好的临床带教效果。本文通过对不同MBTI维度医学生及教师人格特征进行分析,旨在推行分类引导,进而实现因材施教的培养目标。
Students with different personality types have great differences in learning methods,learning habits,thinking modes and behavior pat-terns.Myers-Briggs type indicator(MBTI)index test is an authoritative personality testing method,by analyzing the four dimensions of MBTI per-sonality type characteristics of medical students,it can help clinical teachers carry out classified guidance in the cultivation of clinical practice,inter-personal communication,teamwork and other abilities of medical students,and realize teaching in accordance with their aptitude.To improve the clinical learning effect and help make a good career choice.Clinical teachers can also understand their own personality type through MBTI analysis,so as to give full play to their advantages,develop their strengths and avoid their weaknesses,realize the effective match between teaching and learn-ing,and achieve better clinical teaching effect.Through analyzing the personality characteristics of medical students and teachers in different MBTI dimensions,this paper aims to carry out classified guidance and achieve the training goal of teaching students according to their aptitude.
