摘要
目的 总结产后压力性尿失禁患者康复管理相关证据。方法 计算机检索BMJ、UpToDate、相关指南及专业学会网站、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、澳大利亚乔安娜布里格斯研究所循证卫生保健中心数据库中与产后压力性尿失禁康复管理相关的临床决策、指南、专家共识、证据总结、系统评价。检索时限为建库至2023年7月25日。由研究者筛选文献、提取资料并对纳入文献质量进行评价后,对证据进行提取、汇总及分级。结果 共纳入10篇文献,包括1篇指南,2篇临床决策,5篇系统评价,证据总结2篇。从产后压力性尿失禁评估、康复治疗、健康教育3个方面总结了17条最佳证据。结论 本研究总结了产后压力性尿失禁康复管理的最佳证据,可为医护人员开展产后压力性尿失禁患者康复指导工作提供借鉴。
Objective To summarize the evidence related to rehabilitative care for patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods Computerized search was conducted for clinical decisions,guidelines,expert consensus,evidence summaries and systematic reviews related to rehabilitation of postpartum stress urinary incontinence in the BMJ,UpToDate,related guideline or association websites,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and China Biomedical Literature Service System.The retrieval time was from the database establishment to July 2023.Researchers independently screened literature,extracted data,and evaluated the quality of the included literature.The evidence was extracted from the included literatures,and the best evidence was summarized,then its quality was graded.Results A total of ten articles were included,including one guideline,two clinical decisions,five systematic review,and two evidence summaries,resulting in 17 pieces of best evidence in three areas:assessment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence,rehabilitation therapy and health education.Conclusion This study summarizes the best evidence for rehabilitative management of postpartum stress urinary incontinence and provides healthcare professionals with guidance for rehabilitative management of patients with postpartum stress urinary incontinence.
