摘要
运用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想中人类命运共同体的重要内容,在应用型本科教育中构建“政校行企园”命运共同体,为产教融合、企业创新、产业结构升级等提供丰富的人力资源、坚实的理论基础和有效的路径。实践中,存在应用型本科教育资源与产业结构对接度不高,专业结构与产业结构匹配度不高,缺乏协同育人的联动、长效机制的问题。据此,提出命运共同体思维下深化双元育人理念,打造“政校行企园”空间联动平台,实现区域教育质量、创新技术、经济水平的融合发展,研究结论为应用型高校探索产教融合模式和共同体发展路径提供参考。
Based on the important content of the community with a shared future in the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,this paper builds a community include government,universities,industry,enterprise and industrial park.This community will provide rich human resources,theoretical basis and effective path for the industry education integration of application-oriented universities,enterprise innovation,industrial structure upgrading,etc.This paper summarizes the difficulties and analyzes the reasons such as the low degree of connection between education resources and industrial structure,the low degree of matching between professional structure and industrial structure,and the lack of linkage and longterm mechanism of industry education integration.Besides,this paper puts forward countermeasures of strengthening dualistic education under the community with a shared future,build a platform to realize the integrated development of education,innovation and economy and provide references for optimizing the construction of industrial colleges.
