临床医学八年制医学生科研能力培养的调查报告 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解八年制学生科研能力的培养现状,以及八年制学生对科研培养的期待,初步分析影响八年制医学生科研能力的可能因素,根据调查问卷显示的结果,为本校的临床医学八年制教育改革提供参考依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,调查对象均为华中科技大学同济医学院临床医学八年制学生,包含在读学生74人和已毕业学生36人。问卷由单选、多选和填空题组成,共16题,其中主观题2题。问卷内容主要涉及参与科研时间及已获得的科研成果以及已毕业学生的基金获批情况(为了解其就业后的科研状态)。结果:通过卡方检验,在大三开始接触科研的八年制学生中,发表论文的学生所占比例较高,为43.8%(7人),说明早期接触科研可能更有利于在校期间发表论文,但是统计学无显著差异(P=0.7);相关性分析说明累计接触科研时间与在校期间是否发表文章存在一定相关关系;对毕业后八年制发表论文情况和获得基金情况进行分析,在校期间与毕业后发表论文情况之间无统计学差异(P=0.24),在校期间发表论文与毕业后获得基金无明显相关性(P=0.7),毕业后发表文章与毕业后获得基金具有显著相关性(P=0.03)。结论:八年制科研培养时长有限,在校期间发表论文和毕业后发表论文以及获得基金的比例不高,大部分八年制学生认为科研培养时长不合理,66.7%的人认为两年以上的科研培训时间较为合理。累计接触科研时间与在校期间是否发表文章存在相关性,毕业后是否发表论文与毕业后是否获得基金具有相关性,因此,延长接触科研时间且保持持续努力对在校期间及毕业后能否发表论文并获得基金较为重要。 Objective:To understand the current status of cultivating research abilities of eight-year medical students,their expectations for research training,and analyze potential factors influencing their research abilities.Based on the survey results,provide a reference basis for the reform of clinical eight-year medical education at our university.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted,targeting both current students(74)and graduates(36)of eight-year clinical medicine at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.The questionnaire included single-choice,multiple-choice,and open-ended questions,totaling 16 questions,including 2 subjective questions.The survey covered research participation time,obtained research results,and post-graduation research funding status to understand their research status after employment.Results:Through chi-square tests,among eight-year students who started research in the third year,those who published papers accounted for a higher proportion(43.8%,7 people),suggesting that early exposure to research might be more conducive to publishing papers during school,but there was no significant difference statistically(P=0.7).Correlation analysis indicated a certain relationship between accumulated research exposure time and whether articles were published during school.Analyzing post-graduation paper publication and funding acquisition,there was no statistical difference between paper publication during school and after graduation(P=0.24).There was no significant correlation between paper publication during school and post-graduation funding acquisition(P=O.7),but there was a significant correlation between post-graduation paper publication and funding acquisition(P=0.03).Conclusion:The limited duration of eight-year research training,low proportions of paper publication during school and after graduation,and funding acquisition suggest that the majority of eight-year students find the research training duration unreasonable,with 66.7%considering two or more years of research training time
