摘要
目的观察通络地黄汤联合溴隐亭治疗泌乳素型垂体瘤(PTPA)临床疗效。方法将我院80例PTPA患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各40例。对照组服用溴隐亭治疗,治疗组服用通络地黄汤+溴隐亭治疗。比较两组临床疗效,主证、次证积分和总积分,瘤体体积、催乳素(PRL)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平,记录月经周期正常、经量正常、溢乳消失例数并计算百分率,记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组主证、次证积分和总积分、瘤体体积、PRL、VEGF水平均低于治疗前,治疗组主证、次证积分和总积分、瘤体体积、PRL、VEGF水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组月经周期正常率、经量正常率、溢乳消失率均高于对照组;治疗组不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通络地黄汤联合溴隐亭治疗PTPA的疗效较优,可缩小瘤体体积,降低PRL水平,抑制新生血管生成,促进症状消退,安全性好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongluo Dihuang Decoction combined with bromocriptine in treatment of prolactin pituitary tumour(PTPA).Methods Eighty patients with PTPA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group took bromocriptine orally,while treatment group took Tongluo Dihuang Decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,the main syndrome score,secondary syndrome score and total score,tumor volume,prolactin(PRL),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)levels,the number of cases with normal menstrual cycle,normal menstrual volume,and disappearance of galactorrhea,and the percentage was calculated,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment was recorded.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the main and secondary syndrome scores and total scores,tumor volume,PRL,and VEGF levels in both groups were lower than before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);the normal rate of menstrual cycle,the normal rate of menstruation volume and the disappearance rate of galactorrhea in treatment group were higher than those in control group;the adverse reaction rate in treatment group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongluo Dihuang Decoction combined with bromocriptine is effective in treatment of PTPA,reducing the tumor volume,reducing the PRL level,inhibiting the angiogenesis,promoting the regression of symptoms,with good safety.
