摘要
目的:研究泌乳素(PRL)型垂体瘤患者行溴隐亭口服联合手术治疗效果。方法:选取自重庆市九龙坡区第二人民医院2017年5月-2020年5月收治的60例PRL型垂体瘤患者,依据双盲法分为手术组(单鼻孔经鼻蝶入路手术,n=30)、联合组(手术组基础联合溴隐亭口服,n=30),比较两组疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者PRL、肿瘤体积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组PRL低于手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组骨痛、肌肉痛、头痛及视神经损伤评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组骨痛、肌肉痛、头痛及视神经损伤评分低于手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组有效率高于手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:溴隐亭口服联合外科手术治疗PRL型垂体瘤能提高疗效、值得临床应用并予以推广。
Objective: To study the effect of bromocriptine oral administration plus surgery on treating patients with prolactin(PRL) pituitary tumor. Methods: A total of 60 patients with PRL pituitary tumor admitted to the Second People’s Hospital ofJiulongpo District in Chongqing from May 2017 to May 2020 were selected. Using "double-blind method", the patients weredivided into operation group(single nostril transsphenoidal approach, n=30) and combined group(treatment in operation group +bromocriptine oral administration, n=30), and the efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results: Before treatment, there was nosignificant difference in PRL and tumor volume between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, PRL in the combined group waslower than that in the operation group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significantdifference in the scores of bone pain, muscle pain, headache and optic nerve injury between the two groups(P>0.05). Aftertreatment, the scores of bone pain, muscle pain, headache and optic nerve injury in the combined group were lower than those inthe operation group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The effective rate of the combined group was higher thanthat of the operation group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adversereactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Bromocriptine oral administration combined with surgery in treatment ofPRL pituitary tumor can improve the curative effect, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
