摘要
例举张秋娟教授治疗垂体泌乳素大腺瘤验案1则。认为其针对本病肾元亏虚之病因,痰瘀互结之病机,从肾论治,化痰祛瘀并举,扶正祛邪并重,中西合璧,病-证-体结合,临证灵活化裁,兼顾情志起居调摄,疗效显著。
This paper introduces Professor Zhang＇ s experience in treating pituitary prolactinoma. It is believed that the pathogenesis of the disease is kidney deficiency, stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis. Eliminating phlegm and removing stasis are the treatment principles. Symptoms, constitution and syndrome should be emphasized, and emotions and daily life should be regulated. Thus, good results would be achieved.
