摘要
肾母细胞瘤是儿童常见的腹部肿瘤之一,经手术和放化疗治疗后,生存率可达到90%以上。肿瘤干细胞是肿瘤组织内一小部分具有自我更新能力的肿瘤细胞,与肿瘤的发生、复发及耐药性等密切相关。本综述阐述了肾母细胞瘤与肿瘤干细胞的关系,然后就肾母细胞瘤中肿瘤干细胞的有关标志物及靶向治疗的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床提供参考。
Wilms tumor(WT)is one of the common abdominal tumors in children.After adequate postoperative chemoradiotherapy,its survival rate may surpass 90%.As a small fraction of tumor cells within tumor tissue,cancer stem cells have an inherent capability of self-renewal and are closely correlated with its occurrence,recurrence and drug resistance.This review focused upon the relationship between WT and cancer stem cells,the relevant biomarkers of tumor stem cells in WT and the potentials of targeted therapy for WT to provide references for clinical practices.
