摘要
肾母细胞瘤(Wilms'tumor,WT)是儿童肾脏最常见的恶性肿瘤,其发病是多基因协同作用的复杂过程。其主要临床表现为腹胀或腹部包块,手术治疗是WT的主要治疗手段,不推荐正式的淋巴结清扫术。肾母细胞瘤对放化疗敏感,根据分期及组织学分型进行辅助放化疗是综合治疗较为重要的部分。其预后与肿瘤分期、组织学分型、年龄及生物预后标志物有关。
Wilmsˊtumor（ WT）is the common kidney tumor in children,and the Pathogenesis is a comPlex synergy Process enrolled many genes. Abdominal distension and mass are the main clinical manifestation. OPeration is the main treatment,and formal lymPhnode dissection is not recommended. Wilmsˊtumor is sensitive to radiochemotheraPy, and adjuvant radiochemotheraPy is an imPortant Part of the comPrehensive theraPy in Wilmsˊtumor. The Prognosis is related with the stage,histological tyPe,age and biological Prognostic marker.
