摘要
骨量肌量减少性肥胖(osteosarcopenic obesity,OSO)是严重危害人体健康的综合征。OSO特征是骨骼肌和骨量丧失的同时伴有脂肪组织堆积,临床可涉及肌少症、骨质疏松及肥胖等疾病,目前被认为是三种疾病关联的综合征,可通过不同评估技术进行诊断。OSO可与多种疾病共存。本文从OSO诊断标准及评估技术、共病和肥胖悖论等方面进行综述,以提高临床及公众对OSO的认识与重视。
Osteosarcopenic obesity(OSO)is a serious risk to human health.OSO is characterized by loss of skeletal muscle and bone mass accompanied by accumulation of adipose tissue,which can be involved in diseases such as sarcopenia,osteoporosis,and obesity,and is currently considered as a syndrome associated with three diseases.OSO can be diagnosed by different evaluation techniques and can coexist with many diseases.In the review,the diagnostic criteria and evaluation techniques of OSO,comorbidity and obesity paradox will be reviewed in order to raise clinical and public awareness of OSO.
