摘要
肥胖代谢外科个案管理培训在我国迅速发展,目前主要通过学术会议、专科课程培训、临床实习等形式提升个案管理师技能水平。然而,仍存在培训内容滞后、形式单一和标准缺失等问题。建议提高契合新兴肥胖治疗手段的培训内容时效性、强化培训形式灵活性、并建立统一标准以提高培训质量和规范性。上述举措有望提升个案管理师的专业水平,改善减重代谢手术患者的护理服务质量,推动肥胖代谢外科健康发展。
Case management training for bariatric and metabolic surgery in China is rapidly developing,currently enhanced through academic conferences,specialized coursework,and clinical internships to elevate the skills of case managers.However,issues like outdated training content,limited formats,and lack of standards persist.It is recommended that the timeliness of training content related to emerging obesity treatments be improved,the flexibility of training formats enhanced,and uniform standards established to improve the quality and standardization of training.These measures are expected to enhance the professional level of case managers,improve the quality of care services for bariatric and metabolic surgery patients,and promote the healthy development of bariatric and metabolic surgery.
