摘要
骨骼是一种代谢功能活跃的结缔组织,在内外刺激作用下一生不断进行重塑,以维持骨矿物质稳态。肥胖是全世界面临的重要健康问题,近年来的研究发现,肥胖的类型和程度不同对骨骼产生的影响也不同。适度肥胖通过物理因素和生理因素促进骨量积累,而过度肥胖则使机体骨髓脂肪细胞数量和代谢增加、炎症增加以及肥胖相关基因发生突变导致骨量下降,进而引发骨疾病。本文首先综述了肥胖对骨骼的双重影响及可能的影响机制,然后对肥胖在椎间盘退化、骨关节炎、骨质疏松和骨折等骨疾病中的作用进行了概述。
Bone is a kind of connective tissue with active metabolic function.Under the action of internal and external stimulation,bone is constantly remodeled to maintain bone mineral homeostasis.Obesity is a major health problem facing by the people in the world.Recent studies have found that different types and degrees of obesity have different effects on bones.Moderate obesity can promote the accumulation of bone mass through physical and physiological factors,while excessive obesity can decrease bone mass by increasing the number and metabolism of bone marrow fat cells,inflammation and the mutation of obesity-related genes,thus leading to bone diseases.This review first reviewed the dual effects of obesity on bone and its possible mechanisms,and then summarized the role of obesity in bone diseases such as disc degeneration,osteoarthritis,osteoporosis and fracture.
