摘要
“两山”理论中人与自然辩证统一、生态优先、生态经济化与经济生态化有机统一的思想,丰富了马克思主义关于“人与自然和谐发展”的相关理论,蕴含了自然财富与社会财富、经济财富双向转化的内在机理。江西省上饶市全力打通“两山”双向转化通道的实践与“两山”双向转化的内在机理高度契合,在打通“两山”双向转化方面取得了不错的成绩,同时,也面临着不少需要破解的难题。全力打通“两山”双向转化通道,要完善“两山”双向转化的市场机制、创新思路丰富山岳型景区旅游业态、做足农文旅深度融合文章、加快推进文旅IP价值链孵化工作、加快培育专业人才队伍。
The ideas of dialectical unity between humans and nature,ecological priority,and organic unity of ecological economy and economic ecology in the“Two Mountains”theory further enrich the relevant theories of“harmonious development of humans and nature”in Marxism,and imply the internal mechanism of the two-way transformation of natural wealth,social wealth and economic wealth.The practice of Shangrao opening up the two-way transformation channel of“two mountains”is highly consistent with the internal mechanism of the“two mountains”.Shangrao made certain achievements in the two-way transformation,but also faces many problems.In order to fully open up the two-way transformation channel of“two mountains”,it is necessary to improve the market mechanism of the two-way transformation of the“two mountains”,enrich the tourism industry of mountain scenic spots with innovative ideas,focus on the deep integration of agriculture,culture and tourism,accelerate the incubation of cultural and tourism IP value chain,and accelerate the cultivation of professional talents.
