摘要
生态产品价值实现问题是推进“绿水青山”与“金山银山”相互转化的重要课题。生态产品要成为商品,通过交换以实现其价值,需遵循商品在“生产—交换—分配”全过程中的一般规律。基于马克思主义政治经济学中有关“商品价值实现过程”和“资本循环过程”的理论阐述,通过剖析“商品—货币—资本”规律,以期构建生态产品价值实现的“生产—交换—分配”全过程的运作逻辑,即:资本生产是生态产品价值实现的逻辑前提,资本交换是生态产品价值实现的逻辑关键,资本分配是生态产品价值实现的逻辑旨归。遵循“货币资本1—生产资本—商品资本—货币资本2”循环规律的生态产品价值实现路径,为构建“绿水青山—金山银山—绿水青山”的闭环双向转化机制提供了一个新的分析框架。
The value realization of ecological products is an important issue in promoting the mutual transformation of“Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains”and“Invaluable Assets”.In order to realize their value through commodity exchange,ecological products need to be planned to follow the general rule of“production-exchange-distribution”process of commodities.Based on Marxist Political Economy about“commodity value realization process theory”and“capital circulation process theory”,this paper tries to construct the“production-exchange-distribution”whole-process operation logic of the ecological products value realization through the interpretation of“commodity-currency-capital”operation rule,namely:capital production is the logic premise of ecological products value realization,capital exchange is its logic key,and capital allocation is its logic gist.The path to realize the value of ecological products,following the circulation law of“monetary capital 1-production capital-commodity capital-monetary capital 2”,provides a new analytical framework for the construction of the closed-loop bidirectional transformation mechanism of“Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains-Invaluable Assets-Lucid Waters and Lush Mountains”.
