摘要
石化行业由于涉及大量易燃易爆、有毒、窒息、高低温、酸碱腐蚀等各类危险化学品的处理,对反应器、储罐、管道等进行检修、更换或清洗等设备及管线打开作业,往往伴随着较高的安全风险,国内外由此引起的安全事故频发。介绍了石化行业设备及管线打开作业安全风险辨识,设备及管线打开作业常见事故原因分析与典型案例,提出了设备及管线打开作业事故预防措施。
Petrochemical industry involves the treatment of a large number of dangerous chemicals,such as inflammable,explosive,toxic,suffocation,high and low temperature,acid and alkali corrosion,etc,and the opening operation of equipment and pipelines for maintenance,replacement or cleaning of reactors,storage tanks and pipelines is often accompanied by high safety risks,and the safety accidents caused by this are frequently occurring at home and abroad.The identification of safety risks of equipment and pipeline opening operation in petrochemical industry,the analysis of common accident causes and typical cases of equipment and pipeline opening operation were introduced,and the prevention measures of equipment and pipeline opening operation accidents was put forward.
