摘要
多种类、高风险危险化学品给交叉学科实验室的安全管理带来严峻的挑战,构建实验室安全管理体系十分必要。现以纺织学科科研实验室为例,依据当前交叉学科实验室危险化学品的种类、使用现状和存在安全隐患的特点,通过建立危险化学品能量意外释放模型,提出了运用数学思维设置能量安全屏障,期望减少或消除危险化学品安全事故,为交叉学科实验室危险化学品安全管理水平的提高提供有力保障。
Various types and levels of hazardous chemicals bring severe challenges to the safety management of interdisciplinary laboratories,and it is necessary to build the safety management system.In this paper,taking the scientific research laboratory as an example,according to the types of hazardous chemicals in interdisciplinary laboratories,the status quo of use and the characteristics of potential safety hazards,through the establishment of a model for the accidental release of energy from hazardous chemicals,This paper proposes to use mathematical thinking to set up energy safety barriers.It is hopeful to reduce or eliminate hazardous chemical safety accidents,and provide a strong guarantee for the improvement of the safety management level of hazardous chemicals in interdisciplinary laboratories.
