基于眼动追踪技术优化设计试剂柜的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以人-机-环工作体系中的人为出发点,将典型试剂柜样式图作为刺激材料,通过眼动追踪技术采集20名有经验人员和20名无经验人员的人因参数。运用单因素多元方差分析数据,发现注视点个数、总注视时间、跳视点个数和总跳视时间有显著差异,有经验者数值大于无经验者数值;平均、眨眼率、平均瞳孔直径等指标无明显差异;经验因素对于被试者注释轨迹图的影响不明显。根据被试者主客观的选择情况,共筛选出6类试剂柜样式,并结合两类被试者的建议优化试剂柜的设计,以增强试剂柜使用安全性,减少实验室安全事故的发生率。 In this paper,human in the Human-Machine-Environment was viewed as main body.Taking the typical reagent cabinet style diagram as the stimulus material,20 experienced members and 20 inexperienced members were collected with the eye tracking technology as the human factor parameters,and the single-factor multivariate analysis data were used.It was showed that there were significant differences in the number of fixation points,total fixation time,the number of visual jumping points and the total visual jumping time.The difference in average blink rate and pupil diameter was no significant.The influence of experience factors on the fixation track was not obvious.According to the subjects,6 types of reagent cabinets were selected.The design of reagent was optimized based on the suggestion of the two types of subjects,so as to enhance the use safety of reagent cabinets and reduce the incidence of laboratory safety accidents.
