谵妄患者远期预后

摘要 谵妄是一种急性发作的脑综合征,常见于年老、术后及危重病患者。谵妄的发生不仅会导致患者近期的不良结局,还会对患者远期的认知功能、自理能力、心理健康等造成影响。全面认识和评估谵妄患者的远期预后有助于指导临床干预时间、措施和方法的选择,这对改善患者的医疗护理质量至关重要,且有望提高患者的治疗效果和生活质量。本综述就谵妄发生对患者远期结局的影响及预后评估工具等相关进展进行总结,期待能更全面地了解谵妄患者的远期预后,为临床早期干预提供参考。
