摘要
熔融层积成型(FDM)是一种增材制造技术,计算机建立的复杂三维模型经简单处理即可直接进行生产制造,可在较短时间内实现“设计-实体-测试”的对接。基于FDM技术开发了一项综合性力学实验并进行教学实践,使学生完整学习和体验从实验方案设计到试样建模制造,以及力学测试和结果分析的全流程,充分锻炼了学生的综合能力,从中体会科学研究和探索的乐趣。实验设计过程兼顾了经济性和可操作性,可供相关专业的实验教学参考。
Fused deposition modeling(FDM)is a kind of additive manufacturing technology,in which the complex 3D model established by computer can be directly manufactured after simple processing,and the“design-solid-test”interface can be realized in a relatively short time.In this paper,a comprehensive mechanics experiment is developed based on FDM technology and carried out teaching practice.Students can focus on experiencing the fun of hands-on operation and scientific exploration in the experiment process,and fully exercise and cultivate students’comprehensive ability.Experimental teaching has achieved good teaching results.The design of experiment is economical and operable,can provide reference for experimental teachers and other related persons.
