摘要
【目的】为了研究常用的几种水泥浆体系防气窜性能,并建立科学的评价方法,同时指导施工现场进行水泥浆体系配方的调整。【方法】在对固井水泥浆发生气窜机理研究的基础上,采用自制的水泥浆防气窜评价设备,建立水泥浆防气窜能力评价方法,测试并研究不同水泥浆体系的防气窜性能。【结果】结果表明,高水灰比不利于水泥浆防窜,防窜材料能够明显提升水泥浆防窜能力。【结论】研究得出,后期水泥浆防窜能力研究应聚焦在高压下模拟水泥浆气窜效果及弹性颗粒材料等方面。
[Purposes]This paper aims to clarify the anti-gas channeling performance of several commonly used cement slurry systems,establish scientific evaluation methods,and guide the adjustment of cement slurry system formulations on construction sites.[Methods]On the basis of studying the mechanism of gas channeling in cementing cement slurry,the author used a self-made evaluation equipment for gas channeling prevention of cement slurry,established an evaluation method for the gas channeling prevention ability of cement slurry,and tested and clarified the gas channeling prevention performance of different cement slurry systems.[Findings]The results show that high water-cement ratio is not conducive to channeling prevention of cement slurry,but channeling prevention materials can significantly improve the channeling prevention ability of cement slurry.[Conclusions]The research concludes that the anti channeling effect of cement slurry in the later stage should be focused on simulating the gas channeling effect of cement slurry under high pressure and studying elastic particle materials.
