摘要
随着当今探井向深井、超深井的发展,高温深井的固井也变得越来越重要。高温深井中,经常遇到高压油气层,需要用高密度水泥浆体系来平衡地层压力,同时为了防止高压地层油气水窜,需要在体系中加入防气窜剂;为防止高温油气井、气采井、地热井中温度压力的变化引起的应力破坏水泥环的整体性,国外开发了柔性水泥浆技术;另外对于含有CO2腐蚀的高温油气井,国内外常采用特种水泥体系。本文详细介绍了这几种高温深井固井新技术以及它们在国内外的的应用发展现状。
The cementing for deep wells with high temperature became more important with the development of deep and ultra-deep exploration wells. In these deep wells with high temperature, the hydrocarbon reservoir with high pressure were encountered frequently, and thus required high density slurry to counterbalance formation pressure and also the gas block agent to channel of oil, gas and water in high pressure formation. The flexible slurry was developed abroad to prevent the integrity of cement mantle from destruction attributed to the stress generated by the changement of temperature and pressure in the oil and gas well, the gas well or the geothermal well. In addition, the particular cement was normal in the high temperature well to prevent the corrosion attack of CO-2 home and abroad. The advances of several new cementing technology for deep wells with high temperature were introduced in details.
