摘要
本文概述了国内外使用的高温固井水泥浆及其外加剂体系及其发展方向。通过对高温水泥浆降失水剂、缓凝剂等外加剂的研究,水泥浆抗温达190℃(BHCT),稠化时间可调,水泥石强度发展快,强度稳定,失水控制低,综合性能满足河南油田泌深1井固井工程的要求。
The classification and development of high temperature tolerance slurry and additives in both home market and overseas are summarized in this paper. By the study of fluid loss additives, retarder and etc. additive, the slurry shows excellent performances with good stability, adjusting thickening time, rapid strength development and low fluid loss at high temperature, even at 190℃ (BHCT),which can satisfy the cementing request of bishen-1 well in henan oilfield.
