摘要
在油田开发过程中,固井的质量直接影响到油气开采的效率影响。在实际的施工中,水泥特性、水泥浆流动规律、压力平衡和井身质量等因素都会影响到固井的质量,因此需要对这些因素进行合理应用,提高固井质量。气窜是水泥浆施工过程中常见的问题,出现气窜之后,会对油气田的开采造成多方面的不利影响,轻则影响油井的开采效率,影响生产安全,严重的话会导致油井报废,给企业带来巨大的经济损失,因此加强水泥浆防气窜的研究具有重要意义。基于此,文章对水泥浆防气窜的关键性能进行了研究,并且探讨了防气窜能力评价方法。
In the process of oil field development,the quality of cementing directly affects the efficiency of oil and gas exploitation.In the actual construction,cement characteristics,cement slurry flow law,pressure balance and well body quality will affect the cementing quality,so it is necessary to apply these factors reasonably to improve the cementing quality.Gas channeling is a common problem in cement slurry construction.After gas channeling occurs,it will cause many adverse effects on oil and gas field mining,and light will affect oil well production efficiency and production safety.
