摘要
多分支水平井工艺过程复杂,主、支井眼交汇处裸眼井段的存在,造成液压密封性问题,导致水泥环与界面胶结不好。因此,通过室内筛选出的增韧剂材料与增强剂RT-A、膨胀剂复配使用,提高水泥石的力学性能、胶结性能。室内对多分支水平井的韧性水泥浆的性能开展了综合评价,结果显示:韧性水泥浆体系性能明显优于普通聚合物水泥浆,相比于聚合物水泥浆抗压强度和抗冲击强度分别增加了31%和55%,弹性模量降低了61%,韧性水泥浆具有良好的韧性,韧性水泥浆Ⅰ、Ⅱ界面的胶结强度高,且韧性水泥浆具有较好的微膨胀特性,满足多分支水平井固井要求。
The process of multi branch horizontal wells is complex,and the presence of open hole sections at the intersection of the main and branch wells leads to hydraulic sealing problems,resulting in poor bonding between the cement sheath and the interface.Therefore,through the combination of toughening agent materials selected indoors,reinforcing agent RT-A,and expansion agent,the mechanical properties and bonding performance of the cement stone can be improved.A comprehensive evaluation of the performance of ductile cement slurry for multi branch horizontal wells was conducted indoors,and the results showed that the performance of the ductile cement slurry system was significantly better than that of ordinary polymer cement slurry.Compared with polymer cement slurry,the compressive strength and impact strength increased by 31%and 55%respectively,and the elastic modulus decreased by 61%.The ductile cement slurry has good toughness,and the bonding strength of the interface between ductile cement slurry I and II is high,and the ductile cement slurry has good micro expansion characteristics,meeting the cementing requirements of multi branch horizontal wells.
