摘要 紫苏是唇形科的一种中草药植物,在中国、日本、韩国、越南和印度等亚洲国家广泛种植,具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抑菌、神经保护、胃肠保护、扩张血管、降血糖和降血脂等多种药理作用。现对近年来国内外有关紫苏化学成分及其药理作用进行系统阐述,以期为更好地开发利用紫苏提供理论参考。 Perilla is a kind of Chinese herbal plant in the labiaceae family.It is widely cultivated in Asian countries such as China,Japan,Korea,Vietnam and India.It has many pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,anti-tumor,antibacterial,neuroprotective,gastrointestinal protective,vascularizing,hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic.The chemical composition and pharmacological action of Perilla were systematically described in order to provide theoretical reference for better development and utilization of Perilla.
