摘要
目的研究乳腺癌临床内科教学过程中联合应用项目式教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)、“基于案例”教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的效果。方法选择2020年1月—2022年12月在本院肿瘤内科乳腺癌病区实习的实习生50名,采取随机分组的方式,将其分成两组。对照组中25名研究对象实习期间采用常规课堂基础教学法;研究组中25名研究对象实习期间采用PBL联合CBL教学法。对比实习教学效果、实习生满意度、教学干预前后相关考核成绩、实践期间差错性事件和投诉发生率。结果研究组实习教学效果优于对照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生满意度高于对照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组教学干预前后相关考核成绩改善幅度高于对照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实践期间差错性事件和投诉发生率低于对照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌临床内科教学过程中联合应用PBL、CBL教学法,能够帮助实习学员迅速提升业务水平,减少实践中差错性事件的发生,降低投诉率,使教学效果和实习生满意度得到同步提升。
Objective To study effect of combination of problem-based learning(PBL)and case based learning(CBL)during teaching of breast cancer clinical medicine.Methods The paper chose 50 interns practiced in breast cancer ward of oncology department in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.During internship period,25 cases in control group were treated with routine classroom basic teaching methods,and 25 cases in study group with PBL combined with CBL teaching method.Effect of internship teaching,satisfaction of interns,relevant assessment scores before and after teaching intervention,and incidence of errors and complaints during the practice period were compared.Results Internship teaching effect of study group was better than control group,there was statistically significant difference in data comparison between groups(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of interns in study group was higher than control group,there was statistically significant difference in data comparison between groups(P<0.05).Improvement in related assessment scores before and after teaching intervention in study group were greater than control group,there was statistically significant difference in data comparison between the groups(P<0.05).Incidence of error events and complaints during practice period in study group was lower than control group,there was statistically significant difference in data comparison between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of PBL and CBL teaching Method The paper chose can improve professional level,reduce incidence of error events of interns in practice,reduce complaint rate,and improve teaching effect and satisfaction degree simultaneously during teaching of breast cancer clinical internal medicine.
