摘要
文章采用文献调研、网络调查和电话访谈等方法,对广东省高校图书馆的校友服务进行调查,从校友栏目、服务内容、入馆/办证、借阅权限和服务制度等方面进行统计分析。提出对高校图书馆校友服务发展的启示:提升校友服务专栏友好性;扩展校友服务内容;深入了解校友需求;开发个性化特色化服务;构建校友服务共同体;健全校友服务法规制度等。
The paper investigates the alumni service of university libraries in Guangdong Province,and makes a statistical analysis from the aspects of alumni column construction,service content,admission certificate processing,fees and borrowing authority by means of literature research,network survey and telephone interview.This paper puts forward the enlightenment to the development of alumni service of university library:improving the friendliness of alumni service column,expanding alumni services,understanding alumni needs,developing personalized and specialized services,building a community of alumni service,and improving the alumni service laws and regulations.
