摘要
随着信息技术的发展,读者阅读方式、阅读需求更加多元化、更加个性化和便捷化。基于读者阅读心理,从以下7个方面为读者提供更全面、更高效、更优质的倾心服务,即组建工作组,增加加载网页动态设计,完善留言、在线咨询、提醒功能服务,拓宽入馆教育方式,整合信息资源,挖掘推送信息的内容和时间,提升读者信息素养服务。最终为高校图书馆微信公众平台实现一站式读者服务提供参考。
With the development of information technology,readers'reading methods are becoming more diversified,and their reading needs are becoming more personalized and convenient.Based on readers'reading psychology,this paper provides readers with more comprehensive,efficient and high-quality services from seven aspects:setting up a working group,increasing the dynamic design of loading web pages,perfecting the services of message,online consultation and reminding functions,broadening the way of library entry education,integrating information resources,mining the content and timing of push information and improving readers'information literacy services,so as to finally provide reference for the implementation of the one-stop reader services of the WeChat public platform of university libraries.
