摘要
分析了使用注射型矛头蝮蛇血凝酶与泮托拉唑联合疗法治疗上消化道出血的临床成效。抽取2022年1月—2023年6月于上海市杨浦区控江医院接受治疗的56例上消化道出血患者作为研究对象,以“不同治疗方法”为标准,将患者平均分为对照组和实验组,每组各28例,对照组以泮托拉唑治疗,实验组以注射用矛头蝮蛇血凝酶联合泮托拉唑治疗,系统分析两组患者的临床治疗效果、炎症因子指标、凝血功能指标、持续出血时间、持续出血量、血压稳定时间与药物不良反应。研究发现,上消化道出血患者以注射用矛头蝮蛇血凝酶联合泮托拉唑治疗可提升临床治疗效果,积极改善患者炎症因子指标、凝血功能指标,缩短持续出血时间、血压稳定时间,减少持续出血量,提高药物安全性,可为临床治疗提供新思路。
The clinical efficacy of the combination therapy of injectable spearhead pit viper hemocoagulase and pantoprazole in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding was analyzed.A total of 56 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who received treatment in Kongjiang Hospital of Yangpu District,Shanghai from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 28 cases in each group,the control group was treated with pantoprazole,and the experimental group was treated with spearhead pit viper hemocoagulase for injection combined with pantoprazole,and the clinical treatment effect,inflammatory factor index,coagulation function index,continuous bleeding time,continuous blood loss,and Time to blood pressure stabilization versus adverse drug reactions.The study found that the treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding with spearhead pit viper hemocoagulase combined with pantoprazole for injection could improve the clinical treatment effect,actively improve the inflammatory factor indexes and coagulation function indexes of patients,shorten the continuous bleeding time and blood pressure stability time,reduce the amount of continuous bleeding,and improve the drug safety,which can provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
