摘要
目的:深入探讨对溃疡性上消化道出血患者采取胃镜下金属钛夹治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2018年5月~2020年5月本院收入治疗的66例溃疡性上消化道出血患者作为本次研究对象,通过止血方式的差异性将其随机分为人数相等的两个小组,对照组和观察组各33例。对照组患者于胃镜下注射止血药物进行治疗,观察组患者于胃镜下使用金属钛夹进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组溃疡性上消化道出血患者的治疗总有效率、并发症发生率、即时止血率以及再次出血率等指标均明显优于对照组患者,差异极其显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对来院就诊的溃疡性上消化道出血患者,使用胃镜下金属钛夹治疗的方案疗效显著,并发症少且即时止血率高。
Objective:To nvestigate the clinical effect of endoscopic titanium clip in the treatment of ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:66 patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into two equal groups according to the difference of hemostatic methods.There were 33 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with hemostatic drugs under gastroscope,while the patients in the observation group were treated with metal titanium clips under gastroscope,and then the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate,complication rate,immediate hemostasis rate and rebleeding rate of patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were extremely significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with ulcerative upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital,the use of metal titanium clips under gastroscope has significant curative effect,few complications and high immediate hemostasis rate.
