摘要
乡村振兴战略背景下引导高校毕业生到中西部地区就业对我国区域协调可持续发展具有重要意义。基于北京大学“全国高校毕业生就业状况调查”数据的实证分析发现,高校毕业生就业地区分布差异较大,东中西部大致呈“5-3-2”的比例分布。毕业生就业地区分布受到其人口统计学特征、人力资本、社会资本等因素的影响。因此,应继续推进对西部地区就业的鼓励和支持政策;鼓励高校毕业生到中西部和基层就业的政策应进一步细化,针对不同行业给出具体引导政策;完善劳动力市场,多渠道畅通高校毕业生流动。
Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,guiding college graduates to seek employment in the central and western regions is of great significance for the coordinated and sustainable development of our country.Based on the empirical analysis of the“National Survey on the Employment Status of College Graduates”conducted by Peking University,it is found that there are significant differences in the distribution of employment locations for college graduates,roughly following a“5-3-2”ratio distribution for the eastern,central,and western regions respectively.The distribution of employment locations for graduates is influenced by factors such as their demographic characteristics,human capital,and social capital.Efforts should be made to continue promoting encouragement and support policies for employment in the western regions.Policies that encourage college graduates to seek employment in the central and western regions,as well as at the grassroots level,should be further refined,with specific guidance policies provided for different industries.The labor market should be improved,and multiple channels should be opened up to facilitate the mobility of college graduates.
