摘要
文章通过对东南沿海一线城市S地“211/985”高校研究生院校地就业的经验研究,探讨了高学历人才在传统文化与现代市场文化两者间的选择过程,并提出了“文化离合式迁移”的分析框架,以期对高学历人才的就业迁移提供一种文化解释。研究发现,高学历人才根据自我发展的内在价值取向,在比较了传统文化与现代市场文化的关系结构、行为模式与生活方式后,认为在求学所在地的现代市场文化中,个人将会有更强的发展自主性、更广阔的发展空间以及实现自我发展的可能性。与之相对,在家乡所在地的传统文化中,他们可能会面临诸多发展限制,发展空间与发展潜力也比较有限。故而,高学历人才选择了与其价值取向契合程度更高的现代市场文化,也即留在了求学所在的院校地,而非返回家乡所在的生源地,文化离合式迁移由此生成。
By conducting an empirical study on the“211/985”postgraduates affiliated with universities in the eastern S region,the paper discusses the decision-making process of highly educated talents between the traditional culture and the modern market culture.It puts forward an analytical framework of cultural clutch migration and aims to provide a cultural analysis for the employment migration of the highly educated talents.It is found that,the highly educated talents guided by their subjective value orientations of self-development,compare the traditional culture of their home place with the modern market culture prevalent in university settings.Various aspects,including relationship structures,behavior patterns,and lifestyles,are taken into consideration to assess and evaluate the two cultures.Ultimately,the highly educated talents show a preference for the modern market culture due to the autonomy of development,more broadly space of development and opportunities of achieving self-development.In contrast,in the traditional culture of their home place,there are more development restrictions.Besides that,the development space and development potential are relatively limited.Consequently,the highly educated talents choose to remain in the university place that aligns with their inner value orientations rather than returning to their home place.Cultural-fit migration is then produced.
