摘要
对A高校2018—2022年的信息类专业毕业生就业状况进行分析,数据显示出毕业人数增加、就业率降低、毕业去向分布不均等特点。结合数据分析,信息类专业毕业生存在毕业去向结构性失衡、慢就业现象凸显、就业技能薄弱等短板,文章提出“过程化涵育”“精准化帮扶”等解决对策,从而提升高校信息类专业毕业生就业质量。
Based on the analysis of the employment situation of information graduates of university A from 2018 to 2022,the data show that the number of graduates increases,the employment rate decreases,and the distribution of graduates is uneven.Combined with data analysis,information graduates have shortcomings such as structural imbalance of graduation destination,prominent slow employment phenomenon and weak employment skills.Finally,solutions such as"process education"and"precise assistance"are proposed to improve the employment quality of information graduates in Colleges and universities.
