摘要
介绍了国能榆林化工有限公司低温甲醇洗装置大检修期间排水系统存在的问题,分析了系统固体杂质的来源以及对不同塔器设备的影响。针对废水输送流程复杂,易造成热再生塔和甲醇水分离塔塔盘堵塞,固体杂质再次带入系统等问题,在排放甲醇泵出口阀后至废水外送液位调节阀后配置一条管线,实现了高效安全的排水,避免了废水中的固体杂质再次带入后堵塞系统的风险,同时降低了洗涤水输送电耗。
The problems existing in the drainage system during the overhaul of rectisol unit of Guoneng Yulin Chemical Co.,Ltd.were introduced,and the source of solid impurities in the system and the influence on different tower equipment were analyzed.In view of such problems as the complex wastewater transportation process,which was likely to cause the tray blockage of the heat regeneration tower and methanol water separation tower,and reentry of the solid impurities into the system,a pipeline was installed from the outlet valve of the methanol discharge pump to the wastewater delivery level control valve to achieve efficient and safe drainage and avoid the risk of reentry and system blockage of the solid impurities in the wastewater.At the same time,it reduced the power consumption of washing water delivery.
