摘要
煤化工领域低温甲醇洗排放尾气的VOCs治理近年来得到了广泛关注。介绍了五室RTO工艺的原理、流程及在晋控金石化工公司低温甲醇洗尾气VOCs治理中的应用。装置运行情况表明:RTO装置可满足低温甲醇洗尾气VOCs治理的各项技术和环保要求,排放烟气满足相关标准;装置废气年处理量可达4.8×10^(4)万m^(3),排放烟气中的非甲烷总烃质量浓度降至10 mg/m^(3)~30 mg/m^(3);在处理废气中VOCs的同时可副产低压蒸汽,产生一定的经济效益。
In recent years,the treatment of VOCs in the tail gas from rectisol in coal chemical industry has received widespread attention.The principle and process flow of the five-chamber RTO process as well as its application in the treatment of VOCs in rectisol tail gas of Jinkong Jinshi Chemical Co.,Ltd.were introduced.The operation of the device showed that the RTO device could meet various technical and environmental requirements for the treatment of VOCs in rectisol tail gas,and the emitted flue gas met relevant emission standards.The annual waste gas treatment capacity of this device could reach 4.8×10^(2)million m^(3),reducing the concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons in the emitted flue gas to 10 mg/m^(3)-30 mg/m^(3).While treating VOCs in the waste gas,low-pressure steam could be produced as a byproduct,generating certain economic benefits.
