摘要
为实现对旧有3套工业萘蒸馏装置的替代,通化金山化工有限公司通过利旧改建成1套工业萘蒸馏装置,但该装置初期产品质量和产量均严重偏离预期设计指标,装置被迫停车。通过采用陶瓷规整填料、新型圆盘液体分布器、增加蒸馏塔精馏段高度方法对改建的工业萘蒸馏装置实施改造后,工业萘的结晶点从76℃上升到78℃以上,达到一级品质量标准;酚油、洗油含萘质量分数分别由30%和26%下降到15%和5%;初馏蒸馏塔、精馏蒸馏塔塔底温度分别由245℃和270℃下降到242℃和260℃,减少了煤气消耗;改造后的单套工业萘蒸馏装置生产能力预计超过1.5×10^(4)t/a,实现了与现有的15×10^(4)t/a煤焦油加工装置的能力匹配。
In order to replace the old three industrial naphthalene distillation units,one industrial naphthalene distillation unit was renovated in Tonghua Jinshan Chemical Co.,Ltd..However,the product quality and output of the unit seriously deviated from the expected design indicators and the unit had to be shut down.After the transformation of the industrial naphthalene distillation unit by using ceramic structured packing,new type of disc liquid distributor and increasing the rectification section height of the distillation tower,the crystallization point of industrial naphthalene increased from 76℃ to above 78℃,meeting the first-grade product quality standard.The mass fraction of naphthalene in phenol oil and wash oil decreased from 30% and 26% to 15% and 5% respectively.The bottom temperatures of the primary distillation tower and the rectifying distillation tower decreased from 245℃ and 270℃ to 242℃ and 260℃ respectively,reducing a large amount of gas consumption.The production capacity of a single industrial naphthalene unit after the transformation was expected to exceed 1.5×10^(4) t/a,matching the existing 15×10^(4) t/a coal tar processing unit.
