摘要
社区养老服务驿站作为一种新兴的社区养老模式,为有效满足老年人身边、床边养老服务需求提供了全新的思路。对北京市10个社区养老服务驿站进行调查,在技术接受与使用整合模型的基础上引入安德森行为模型,构建社区养老服务驿站使用行为模型,并采用结构方程的实证研究方法对理论模型进行验证。研究结果显示:获得期望、努力期望、感知信任、感知价格、便利条件影响老年人对社区养老服务驿站的使用意愿,进而影响其使用行为。此外,倾向特征(年龄、性别)、使能因素(收入、子女数)和需求因素(自评健康)在老年人养老服务驿站使用行为的影响路径中产生调节作用。基于此,提出合理布局、完善设施,提升老年人的便利感、信任感、获得感等对策建议,以推动社区养老服务驿站的发展。
As an emerging model for community elderly care,community care service stations offer a novel approach to effectively meet the bedside and proximity care service needs of elderly individuals.Building upon the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology and incorporating the Anderson Behavioral Model,this study presents a behavioral model for the utilization of community care service stations for the elderly.Using questionnaire data from 10 elderly care stations in Beijing and employing structural equation modeling,the theoretical model is empirically validated.The research findings reveal that expected performance,effort expectancy,perceived trust,perceived price,and convenience conditions influence the using intention of the elderly towards community care service stations,subsequently affecting their actual using behavior.Furthermore,gender,age,income level,number of children and self-rated health play moderating roles in influencing factors of the using behavior of the elderly towards community elderly care service stations.Therefore,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as reasonable layout,perfect facilities,and enhancing the elderly's sense of convenience,trust and gain,so as to promote the development of community elderly care service stations.
