广西农用地可持续利用与乡村韧性耦合协调评价及时空格局

Coupling Coordination Evaluation and Spatiotemporal Pattern of Agricultural Land Sustainable Use and Rural Resilience in Guangxi

摘要 为深化农用地可持续利用与乡村韧性之间耦合关系的研究,为广西各地市农用地整治、优化农村功能布局及提升韧性乡村建设提供科学依据,以广西14个地市为研究对象并构建了指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法和耦合协调度模型评估了2010—2020年的耦合协调度时空演变特征,并利用空间自相关分析方法诊断其空间集聚程度。结果表明,耦合协调度在时间上呈现波动下降再上升的趋势,在空间上表现为“东高西低,局部显著”的片状集聚分布特征,且空间集聚特征不断增强,其中高—高集聚和低—低集聚最为典型,高值集聚区分布在桂南的钦州、玉林和南宁,低值集聚区分布在百色和贺州。基于此,针对不同区域发展水平,提出了促进农地可持续利用、提高乡域抵抗外来风险能力的相关建议,以助力乡村高质量发展。 In order to deepen the research on the coupling relationship between sustainable use of agricultural land and rural resilience and provide a scientific basis for agricultural land regulation,optimization of rural function layout and promotion of resilient rural construction in various cities in Guangxi,,this study took 14 cities in Guangxi as the research object,constructed an index system,used the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method and the coupling coordination degree model to evaluate the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the coupling coordination degree from 2010 to 2020,and used the spatial autocorrelation analysis method to diagnose the spatial agglomeration degree.The results show that the coupling coordination degree shows an upward trend after fluctuating and decreasing in time,and is spatially characterized by“high in the east and low in the west,locally significant”.The spatial agglomeration characteristics are constantly enhanced,among which high-high agglomeration and low-low agglomeration are the most typical.The high-high agglomeration is distributed in Qinzhou,Yulin and Nanning,while low-low agglomeration is distributed in Baise and Hezhou.Based on this,according to the development level of different regions,some suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable use of farmland and improve the ability of rural areas to resist external risks,so as to help the high-quality development of rural areas.
