摘要
以内蒙古鄂尔多斯市为研究区域,以其所辖的七个旗一个区为研究单元,应用主成分分析法,从土地投入强度、土地利用程度、土地产出效益和土地可持续利用状况等4个方面选取了21个指标,构建了鄂尔多斯市农用地集约利用评价指标体系并对农用地集约利用程度进行了评价。评价结果表明：鄂尔多斯市农用地集约利用综合分值在33.28~73.28分之间,集约利用水平处于中等偏低状态,其中达拉特旗、鄂托克旗、乌审旗和鄂托克前旗4个旗农用地中度集约利用,伊金霍洛旗、杭锦旗和准格尔旗3个旗农用地低度集约利用,东胜区1个区农用地不集约利用。分析鄂尔多斯市自然条件、资源区位优势、经济社会发展及农用地实际情况,评价结果符合该市农用地利用实际水平。
Ordos city of Inner Mongolia was chosen as the study area, its seven Banners and a district as the study units, by using principal component analysis, and selecting 21 indexes from 4 aspects, such as land input intensity, land use degree, land output efficiency and land sustainable utilization, the evaluation index system of agricultural land intensive utilization for Ordos city was constructed and the agricultural land intensive utilization degrees were evaluated. The result show that comprehensive score of Ordos city was between 33.28 and 73.28, and the agricultural land intensive use level was in the medium to low state. Four of them such as Dalad Banner, Otog banner, Wushen Banner and Otog Front Banner belonged to moderate intensive utilization, three of them such as Ejin Horo Banner, Haggin banner and Jungar Banner belonged to low intensive utilization, and just the Dongsheng district its land wasnt intensively utilized. By analyzing the conditions of Ordos city such as natural conditions, location advantages of resources, economic and social development and the actual situation of farm- land, it was showed that the evaluation result accorded with the practice of the city land utilization level.
