我国粮食绿色全要素生产率的时空演变分析

摘要 运用超效率EBM-GML模型和空间自相关分析方法,对2004—2021年我国30个省份的粮食绿色全要素生产率(GTFP)时空演变情况进行分析,以为我国进一步促进粮食生产高质量发展提供参考。研究发现:2004—2021年我国30个省份的粮食GTFP总体上比粮食全要素生产率(TFP)偏低,考虑碳排放因素能更准确地反映粮食生产的真实效率;粮食GTFP整体呈上升趋势,其增长的主要动力来源为技术进步,但粮食GTFP表现出“中部地区高、西部地区低”的特征,技术进步对东部地区的粮食GTFP贡献最大,技术效率仅对中部地区的粮食GTFP有所贡献;2004—2021年我国30个省份粮食GTFP虽然存在一定的差异,但整体上呈现出空间正相关性,局部空间异质性逐渐减弱,空间集聚程度不断提升,大部分省份粮食GTFP处于高高集聚区和低低集聚区,集聚性较强的省份主要分布在东部和中部地区。在此基础上,提出完善粮食生产中的环境规制政策;促进技术进步,提高技术效率;促进区域合作,推进协调发展;注重因地制宜,完善支持体系等建议。 The temporal and spatial evolution of green total factor productivity(GTFP)of grain in 30 provincial-level administrative regions of China from 2004 to 2021 was analyzed by using the super-efficiency EBM-GML model and spatial autocorrelation analysis method,so as to provide reference for further promoting the high-quality development of grain production in China.The results showed that the grain GTFP of 30 provincial-level administrative regions in China from 2004 to 2021 was generally lower than the grain total factor productivity(TFP),and the real efficiency of grain production could be more accurately reflected by considering the carbon emission factor.The overall grain GTFP showed an upward trend,and the main driving force for its growth was technological progress.However,the grain GTFP showed the characteristic of"high in the central region and low in the western region",with technological progress contributing the most to the grain GTFP in the eastern region,and technical efficiency only contributing to that in the central region.From 2004 to 2021,although there were some differences in the grain GTFP of 30 provincial-level administrative regions in China,there was a positive spatial correlation on the whole.Its local spatial heterogeneity was gradually weakened,and the spatial agglomeration degree was continuously improved.The grain GTFP of most provincial-level administrative regions was in the high-high agglomeration area and low-low agglomeration area,and provincial-level administrative regions with the high agglomeration degree were mainly distributed in the eastern and central regions.Hence,the study put forward some suggestions:to improve the environmental regulation policy in grain production;to promote technological progress,and improve technical efficiency;to promote regional cooperation,and promote coordinated development;to pay attention to local conditions,and improve the support system.
