摘要
安兴河上游段治理除涝标准为5年一遇,防洪标准为20年一遇。文章依据堤防填筑碾压试验基本实施情况和内容,从机械设备、人员安排、工艺方法、成果内容等方面分析了碾压试验过程,介绍了如何依据设计技术指标,通过开展碾压试验确定满足填筑设计要求的碾压技术参数(覆土厚度、碾压遍数);验证选用压实机械的可靠性和经济性,以及取土、卸料、平整、碾压等施工方法,为科学制订施工方案、掌控建设质量重要指标、确保建设目标实现提供了科学依据,可以更好地指导施工,从而保证施工进度和投资控制。
The waterlogging control standard for the upper reaches of the Anxing River is once in 5 years,and the flood control standard is once in 20 years.Based on the basic implementation situation and content of embankment filling and rolling compaction test,this paper analyzes the rolling compaction test process from the aspects of mechanical equipment,personnel arrangement,process method and achievement content,introduces how to determine the rolling compaction test technical parameters(covering soil thickness,rolling compaction test times)that meet the requirements of filling design by carrying out rolling compaction test according to the design technical indicators,and verifies the reliability and economy of the selected compaction machinery,as well as the construction methods such as soil collection,unloading,leveling,and rolling,which provides a scientific basis for scientifically formulating construction schemes,controlling important indicators of construction quality,and ensuring the realization of construction goals.It can better guide the construction,thereby ensuring construction progress and investment control.
