风景园林学视角下的堤防江滩演变研究——以武汉市为例

摘要 江城武汉地势低洼,水患灾害频发,堤防江滩建设成为保护城市安全最重要的一道屏障。随着社会的发展,堤防江滩的功能不再局限于防洪,而扩展到防洪、生态、景观为一体的综合型堤防模式。对武汉市主城区范围内的堤防江滩形式进行分析研究,梳理武汉市两江四岸堤防江滩经历的五个阶段:1.0模式的土质堤防—2.0模式的防洪墙—3.0模式的传统江滩—4.0模式的生态堤防—5.0模式的综合型江滩公园,发现城市安全与生态环境之间的关系也经历了对立—抗衡—融合的发展过程,并对其演变机理进行了总结。该文以风景园林学视角剖析水利工程景观在城市发展中的角色转变,以期对武汉市乃至所有滨江城市堤防江滩建设提供参考。 Wuhan,the City of Rivers is low-lying with frequent flood disasters.The construction of embankment and waterfront has become the most important barrier to protect urban safety.With the development of society,the function of embankment and waterfront is no longer limited to flood control,but extended to a comprehensive embankment model integrating flood control,ecology and landscape.By analyzing and studying the forms of levees and beaches in the main urban area of Wuhan,we comb five stages of levees and beaches in Wuhan:soil levees in the 1.0 mode-flood control walls in the 2.0 mode-traditional beaches in the 3.0 mode-ecological levees in the 4.0 mode-comprehensive beach parks in the 5.0 mode.It is found that the relationship between urban security and ecological environment has also experienced the development process of confrontation,confrontation and integration,and its evolution mechanism is summarized.We also analyze the role transformation of hydraulic engineering landscape in urban development from the perspective of landscape architecture,in order to provide reference for the construction of embankments and beaches in Wuhan and even all riverside cities.
