摘要
为了优化Al-6.5Zn-2.4Mg-2.2Cu合金的熔铸工艺,分别采用AlTi5B0.2和AlTi5B1两种晶粒细化剂开展试验,对比分别添加两种晶粒细化剂的铸锭的化学成分、低倍晶粒度、显微组织和轧制板材的拉伸力学性能、抗剥落腐蚀性能、疲劳性能。结果表明,Al-6.5Zn-2.4Mg-2.2Cu铝合金宜选择AlTi5B0.2晶粒细化剂。
In order to optimize the casting process of Al-6.5Zn-2.4Mg-2.2Cu aluminum alloy,two kinds of grain refiners AITi5BO.2 and AITi5B1 were used to conduct tests.The comparison was carried out on the ingots and rolled plates with two kinds of refiners,i.e.chemical composition,macroscopic grain size and microstructure of the ingots,tensile mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and fatigue properties of the plates.The results show that AITi5B0.2 grain refiners are more suitable for Al-6.5Zn-2.4Mg-2.2Cu aluminum alloy.
