小型全铝装配式房屋结构设计与分析

摘要 铝合金装配式建筑具有样式美观、经济优势明显、工业化生产高效等优点。选用6005A-T6铝合金挤压材和3003-H14铝合金轧制板材,通过进行断面设计、零部件设计、防水保温设计、墙体结构设计、门窗结构设计、连接设计,最终完成小型全铝装配式房屋的结构设计。通过风载、雪载、满载三种工况的有限元分析,验证小型全铝装配式房屋的设计方案是安全的,具有可行性。国内出台相关政策鼓励发展装配式建筑,选用铝合金材料,可以有效推动装配式建筑行业实现绿色发展。 Aluminum alloy prefabricated building has the advantages of beautiful style,obvious economic advantage,and efficient industrial production.The 6005A-T6extruded aluminum alloy material and 3003-H14 rolled aluminum alloy plate were selected.Through section design,part design,waterproof&thermal insulation design,wall structure design,door&window structure design,and connection design,the structural design of small all aluminum prefabricated house was finally completed.The finite element analysis under three working conditions of wind load,snow load,and full load was carried out to verify that the design scheme of small all aluminum fabricated house is safe and feasible.Relevant domestic policies have been issued to encourage the development of prefabricated building,and the use of aluminum alloy material can effectively promote the green development of prefabricated building industry.
