摘要
6005A铝合金型材在挤压过程中因再结晶产生的粗晶层对型材性能产生不利影响,为此,在相同的工艺条件下,试验研究调整合金成分对6005A铝合金型材粗晶层的影响,以便控制粗晶层厚度,进一步提升6005A铝合金型材的综合性能和提高产品的合格率。
In the extrusion process of 6005A aluminum alloy ,the coarse grain ring due to recrystallization adversely affects the profile performance. In order to mitigate such adverse effects, the experiment was conducted to analyze the influence of different compositions on the coarse grain ring under the same process conditions. Thus the thickness of the coarse grain ring has been controlled, the overall performance improved, and the qualified rate increased.
