挤压工艺与模具结构对6005A轨道型材粗晶的影响

摘要 采用金相显微组织分析,研究了挤压工艺参数和模具结构对6005A轨道交通型材粗晶层厚度的影响。研究结果表明:适当降低挤压铸棒温度和挤压速度,即当铸锭温度为460~480℃、挤压速度为1.5~1.7 m/min时,能够减小粗晶层厚度;通过优化模具结构,增加前室面积并使前室与自由端形成一定角度,增大自由端供铝量,减小摩擦阻力和变形程度,能够有效地改善型材自由端粗晶层厚度。 The influence of extrusion technological parameters and die structure on thickness of coarse grain layer for 6005A railway profile by means of micro-structure analysis are studied in the paper. The results show that thickness of coarse grain layer can be reduced by lowering the temperature and the extrusion speed for extrusion billets,that is,the temperature is from 460℃ to 480℃ and the extrusion speed is from 1.5m/min to 1.7m/min. Depending on increasing the area of front cavity,and seting a certain angle between front cavity and free end to optimize the die structure,so as to relatively increasing the amount of aluminum supplied and decreasing the frictional resistance and deformation,the thickness of the coarse grain layer for the free end could be effectively improved.
