摘要
通过试验研究并分析粗大晶粒组织对6061T6大规格挤压扁棒力学性能的影响,指出6061T6扁棒在热处理后存在晶粒粗大现象,在这些晶粒粗大组织区域,其力学显能显著低于非粗晶组织区域。要实现扁棒的高性能目标,必须通过采取措施减少材料的晶粒粗大现象。
Effect of coarse structure on mechanical property of 6061T6 large-size flat bar were researched and analyzed by experiments. Coarse grains occurred after heat treatment of 6061T6 flat bar. The mechanical property of the coarse structure region was worse than that of non-coarse stnleture region. In order to obtain high property of flat bar, coarse grains of materials should be reduced.
