摘要
目的观察体外冲击波疗法联合中药足浴治疗部队官兵足底筋膜炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年3月~2022年3月就诊于解放军总医院第八医学中心康复医学科的足底筋膜炎军人患者192例,随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各96例,两组均采用体外冲击波疗法,观察组在此基础上外用中药足浴。比较两组患者在治疗前、治疗后1和3个月的视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分和临床疗效。结果治疗后1和3个月两组患者的VAS均较治疗前降低,且观察组下降更明显[(1.71±1.37)分vs.(2.56±1.22)分、(1.01±0.89)分vs.(2.13±1.56)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的临床疗效优于对照组(95.83%vs.91.67%),且长期疗效优于对照组(100%vs.95.83%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波联合中药足浴对足底筋膜炎患者的疼痛减轻明显,能够改善局部血液循环,疗效持久,复发率低。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on the treatment of plantar fasciitis in soldiers by extracorporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath.Methods 192 patients with fascial fasciitis,who were admitted to the department of rehabilitation medicine from March 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,96 cases in each group.The patients of both groups were treated by extracorporeal shock wave.All the same time,the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine foot bath.The VAS scores and clinical outcomes of patients were compared in the two groups before and 1 and 3 months after treatment.Results After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the observation group was superior to the control group[(1.71±1.37)pionts vs.(2.56±1.22)pionts,(1.01±0.89)pionts vs.(2.13±1.56)pionts],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(95.83%vs.91.67%),and the long-term effect was better than that of the control group(100%vs.95.83%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extracorporeal shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine foot bath can reduce the pain of patients with plantar fasciitis,improve local blood circulation,lasting effect and low recurrence rate.
