体外冲击波治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨体外冲击波治疗肱骨外上髁炎引起的疼痛的疗效。方法采用冲击波治疗机治疗18例肱骨外上髁炎患者,根据症状缓解情况治疗1~3次,每次间隔5~7天。结果术后随访6~14周,患者症状明显改善,治愈12例,好转4例,有效1例,无效1例,有效率94.4%。结论与目前常用的传统封闭治疗、物理治疗、小针刀治疗及外用药膏相比,体外冲击波是一种快速、高效、安全的治疗肱骨外上髁炎引起疼痛的方法。
